Meet the Author

Theresa Greene is a children’s author, lifelong communicator, and proud grandmother who believes every child deserves to see themselves reflected in joyful, imaginative stories. With more than thirty years of experience using words to inform, connect, and build community, she brings warmth, clarity, and purpose to every book she creates. Inspired by her granddaughters, Alayiah and Seven, Theresa created the Pirate Princess Adventures series to celebrate courage, kindness, sisterhood, confidence, and the magic of being yourself. She is also the author of JJ’s Water Safety Adventures, a gentle story designed to help young children learn important water-safety habits without fear. Theresa writes for children ages four to seven, with a focus on simple language, smooth read-aloud flow, positive representation, and meaningful lessons families can enjoy together. When she is not writing, she enjoys crafting chunky quilts, exploring wildlife parks, reading, and spending time with her family in Surprise, Arizona.
